Policies

We will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Shipping will be done via Fed Ex or USPS, depending on the size and weight of the item. Pottery is double crated. Shipping charges include appropriate insurance.

There is a 30% restocking fee on returned items. No cash refunds after 30 days, Store credit only.

We honor your privacy and will not sell, trade or provide any private information, including your email address, to any third party. We will abide by all PCI MasterCard and Visa privacy rules. We will not keep your credit card information in any form.

We certify that all of the works on this site are the original works of the Artist, or, where stated, reproductions produced by the Artist. We strive to show accurate representation of the work, however variation of color in monitors may be unavoidable.

We will answer questions and respond to quote requests immediately, but always within the 48 stated above. Payment must be made in full prior to shipping of any work. No Cashiers Checks or Money Orders will be accepted.
